Review by hotel critic
Albergo Serena captured my heart with its warm hospitality, setting a serene tone for my Italian escapade. The family-managed ambiance radiates care and attention to detail, making guests feel truly at home. The value shines through with kind staff and a hearty homecooked dinner, a delightful change from the typical dining options nearby. The panoramic views, cleanliness, and a satisfying breakfast add to the appeal, creating a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. The location, near the ski resort, is a convenience that shouldn't be overlooked. However, considering the price point, some modern amenities like flat-screen TVs or free Wi-Fi in rooms could enhance the luxury experience. For guests seeking a tranquil getaway with a touch of family warmth, Albergo Serena is a charming choice that balances value and comfort.
